The reader uses the World English Bible (WEB), Updated Protestant Edition: 66 books across the Old and New Testaments. WEB is a modern English translation. Passage references help you return to the text and read it in context.
Free includes all 66 Bible books offline; search, notes, highlights, underlines, and bookmarks; a one-time gift of 10 Live minutes; one Chat answer each day with conversation history; and starter verse cards and Scripture widgets. You can also listen to John 3, Matthew 11, and Romans 8 with word tracking, and the first full podcast episode in every series. These included audio chapters and episodes can be replayed or downloaded for offline listening.
Free starts with a one-time gift of 10 Live minutes. Premium includes 60 Live minutes per month; Premium Plus includes 180. Annual memberships also receive their minutes monthly. You can add a one-time minute boost when you need more; unused purchased boost minutes do not expire. Audio Bible and podcasts do not use Live minutes.
The Bible reader works offline. Free includes offline listening for John 3, Matthew 11, Romans 8, and the first full episode in every podcast series. Members can download additional available Audio Bible chapters and podcast episodes. Live conversations and Scripture Chat need an internet connection.
